Membership Cancellations

We’re sorry to see you go …

  1. If you decide to reactivate your membership in the future (which we hope you do) the rates in effect at the time will be applicable as membership rates are subject to change.

  2. If you are travelling or injured and would like to place your membership on hold instead of cancelling submit a Membership Hold.

  3. If you're sure you'd like to cancel your membership simply complete the form below. This will serve as the 28 days written notice required by our terms and conditions to cancel your membership.

  4. Membership payments are still required to be paid in the 28 day notice. All payments are non-refundable.

  5. If your membership is on hold, the 28 days notice is still required after the membership hold end date.

  6. Cancellation of your membership prior to the completion of your agreement or minimum term of 12 weeks with us will require you to pay out the remainder of the agreement. If your membership has been placed on hold during your 12 week agreement your membership will still be in a contract with us. You will still be required to fulfil the contract as per the signed agreement you made with us at the start of your membership.

  7. Once submitted we will respond to you as soon as possible inside our business hours of 8am-6pm Monday-Friday. If submitted outside of business hours we will respond to you during business hours of the following business day as soon as we can.

  8. Upon submission of this form you will be removed from any of our private social media groups.
